UDL 2.2kW Variator – 2-Stage WPDA 120 Gearbox

The UDL 2.2kW Variator – 2-Stage WPDA 120 Gearbox is a gearbox series featuring a combination of a mechanical speed variator and a worm gearbox, delivering stable power transmission and high output torque. Its sturdy, precisely machined housing enhances durability and efficient heat dissipation. The coaxial input and output shafts make it easy to integrate into various industrial machinery systems. This product is ideal for production lines requiring flexible speed adjustment, smooth operation, and a long service life.

Overview Design of the UDL 2.2kW Variator – 2-Stage WPDA 120 Gearbox

The mechanical speed variator 2.2kW 3Hp is directly assembled with the WPDA 120 worm gearbox, featuring a unique design, powerful performance, and high durability. This equipment series is installed together with an electric motor to form a gear motor, more specifically, paired with a 3-phase electric motor 2.2kW 3Hp

The 2-stage gearbox is professionally designed for continuous industrial environments:

• Synchronous combination of a mechanical speed variator and a WPDA 120 worm gearbox, forming a powerful two-stage transmission assembly.
• Body shell made from aluminum alloy and cast iron, durable, lightweight, capable of bearing good loads, and supporting efficient heat dissipation.
• Surface coated with industrial blue paint to prevent rust, limit oxidation, and protect the equipment from dust and moisture.

Internal Structure of the UDL 2.2kW Variator – 2-Stage WPDA 120 Gearbox

The UDL 2.2kW Variator – 2-Stage WPDA 120 Gearbox includes the following main components:

• Mechanical speed variator attached to the electric motor, allowing flexible adjustment of the speed range according to production needs.
• WPDA 120 worm gearbox made from heat-treated steel, providing high hardness and durable torque transmission capabilities.
• Speed control knob for precise speed increase and decrease control.
• Air vent plug and oil cap arranged reasonably to balance pressure and protect lubricating oil quality during operation.
