Return Policy

Conditions for Return / Exchange

Customers are kindly requested to check the product upon receipt and may request an exchange/return if:

  • The delivered product does not match the type or model of the ordered item or differs from the information displayed on the website.
  • The quantity of products received is incorrect or missing accessories/parts included with the order.
  • The product is externally damaged, such as torn packaging, scratches, cracks, or similar.
  • Wishes to exchange for a similar product.

Note: Customers need to provide all relevant documents/vouchers to verify any missing or incorrect items and include them in the exchange/return request.

Notification and Return/Exchange Period

  • Customers must notify their exchange/return request within 48 hours (2 days) from the time of product receipt for cases of missing accessories, gifts, or damaged goods.
  • The product needs to be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Return/Exchange Location: Customers can bring the product directly to Thanh Thai Motor’s office or store, or send it via postal service according to our instructions.
  • Return shipping fee: free of charge in cases where the fault is ours.

Return/Exchange Processing Methods

  • In cases where the product delivered is of the wrong type, incorrect quantity, or does not meet quality commitments, we will exchange it for the correct original product model.
  • If the product ordered by the customer is out of stock and the customer agrees, we will exchange it for another product of equivalent value. If the customer does not agree or no longer requires the product, we will issue a refund via bank transfer or another agreed-upon method within 7 working days from the receipt of a valid request.
