GOODS INSPECTION POLICY

The Company carries out deliveries from 07:00 to 17:00, depending on customer requirements.

Receiving and Inspection Procedure:

Step 1: Upon receiving the goods, please carefully check the receipt information on the order, specifically: Product quantity, Product type, Packaging specifications.

Step 2: After inspecting the goods on the delivery vehicle to ensure quality, customers shall proceed with payment to the delivery personnel.

Step 3: The delivery personnel are responsible for unloading the goods to the specified location as requested by the customer, if agreed upon in advance. Please retain the original invoice in case you wish to exchange/return the goods.

If the order falls into one of the following cases:

  • Missing or excess products
  • Products not matching the placed order
  • Products visibly damaged
