Estimated Delivery Time

Normally, after receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer with information regarding payment and delivery.

Delivery time is usually within 3-5 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed with the customer when placing the order.

However, there may be cases where delivery takes longer, but this only occurs in force majeure situations such as:

• Our staff cannot reach the customer by phone, thus unable to deliver the goods.
• The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to locate.
• A sudden surge in order volume causes delays in order processing.
• The supplier delivers goods later than expected, causing delivery delays, or the shipping partner delays delivery.

Regarding shipping fees, we use external shipping services, so shipping costs will be calculated according to the rates of the shipping carriers, depending on the location and weight of the order. When contacting the customer to confirm the order, the specific fee will be communicated to them.

Geographical Limitations for Delivery

For provincial customers who wish to purchase large quantities or wholesale customers who wish to purchase products, we will utilize the delivery services of shipping companies, and fees will be calculated according to the rates of the service providers or as per the contractual agreement between the 2 parties.
