• Step 1: Drain all old oil (for used gearboxes) by opening the drain plug at the bottom of the gearbox after disconnecting the power supply. Once the oil has completely drained, tighten the drain plug. For a new gearbox, this step can be skipped and oil can be added directly.
• Step 2: Open the oil filler plug on top of the gearbox, pour new oil slowly, and monitor the oil sight glass. When the oil level reaches approximately the middle of the sight glass, stop adding to avoid underfilling or overfilling.
• Step 3: Securely close the oil filler plug, recheck the installation positions, and wipe clean any oil remaining on the gearbox surface before putting the equipment into operation.
