• Step 3: Stop pouring when the oil level reaches 1/2 to 2/3 of the oil sight glass. Tighten the oil filler plug and wipe the surrounding area clean.

Note:

• Never overfill: During operation, the equipment will generate heat causing the oil to expand; if it is too full, it will cause the seal to burst or oil to overflow.
• Oil change schedule: New oil should be changed for the first time after about 300 – 400 operating hours, and maintained periodically every 3000 – 4000 hours to ensure the system always achieves the best performance.
